Pennine and Bradley Parks encompass 20 acres of land, housing more than 40 businesses in grade A office accommodation, from Yorkshire Water to Safestyle UK, Co-op Travel to Kirklees PCT.

Building on the success of the existing park, a further 10 acres of land has been made available at for further development, with outline planning permission for up to 15,000 sq m of office space. Land owners Kirklees Council are seeking a development partner to bring forward the business park over the next two years.
